How to set custom test periods for SEO tests

This article will run you through the process of setting custom test periods for your SEO tests.

Starting from the SEOTesting Dashboard, click "SEO Tests" on the left-hand side navigation menu:

Click the "Create a new SEO Test" button:

Select your preferred test type from the following options:

• Single Test
• Group Test
• URL Switch Test
• Split Test
• LLM Test

Fill in the details of your upcoming SEO test:

Click the "Create" button at the bottom of the screen:

Configure your test's "Control" and "Test" periods:

• Your test's "Control" period is the period before your change was made.
• Your test's "Test" period is the period after your change has been made.

Click the "Save and Start Test" button:
