What counts as 1 site in the SEOTesting subscription plans?
A single site is considered to be one individual Google Search Console property.
Note: If you have one property but want to add it more than once in different configurations - for example, by country or URL structure, they are treated as separate properties.
Example:
The following would count as two separate properties, even though they are from the same domain:
- https://www.seotesting.com — page:contains:/en-gb/
- https://www.seotesting.com — page:contains:/fr-fr/
Because each version targets a different country/language, the platform treats them as separate.
Why does this matter?
Each property requires its own:
- Data storage
- Processing resources
So when the same site is added multiple times (e.g. once per country or folder), it counts toward your plan limit.
Why was I able to have multiple configurations and sites work ok during the free trial?
During the free trial, you will have had access to multiple properties. Once you switch to a paid plan, the system then switches to the limits of your selected subscription.
