SEOTesting IT Security FAQs
1. Do you store personally identifiable information (PII)?
No.
The only identifiable information we store are email addresses of the users who log into SEOTesting.
2. What data do you store?
We store anonymized data from Google Search Console related to the queries and pages from your websites that appear in Google.
We also store anonymized event and conversion data from GA4 if this integration is set up.
3. Do you integrate with our internal IT systems?
No.
4. IT Infrastructure
SEOTesting is hosted on dedicated servers, hosted by a UK based hosting company.
Remote access to the servers is locked down by IP address.
5. Access management
End-user access is via username and password.
SEOTesting does not implement SSO for end-user authentication. It does use OAuth for the authorization/authentication between SEOTesting and Search Console to be able to access the Search Console data related to the site added to SEOTesting.
Once authorized, SEOTesting has read only access to Search Console data. Search Console data does not contain any end user information.
This access can be removed anytime by the user who set up the authorization by visiting https://myaccount.google.com/connections
6. Support
Support is available via email and the chat widget in the app. Support is generally available 9am - 5pm UK time.
