New Dashboard Issues

We've deployed a new dashboard, but it requires a switch from sub-domain to domain cookies when you log in.

If you are having issues logging in, or the LaunchPad and Dashboard are not displaying data correctly, you may need to manually clear the old sub-domain cookie.

First, try logging out by visiting https://app.seotesting.com/account/logout and then logging back in again.

If the issue persists, you can try manually clearing the auth cookie. You can do this in Google Chrome by going:

Settings -> Privacy and Security -> Third Party Cookies -> See all site data and permissions
Then search for and delete the seotesting.com cookie
Browse back to app.seotesting.com and you should be able to log in again




Sorry for these manual steps, but it saves you from clearing all cookies and then having to log back into every website again (which we know is super annoying! )

If all else fails, you can clear all browser cookies and this will solve the issue. But we realise how annoying it is to have to log into everything again!
