# How to make a user an account admin

This guide will help you make a user and SEOTesting account admin. 
|| An account admin has complete access to the account, including billing, adding and deleting sites, adding and deleting users, and granting permission to themselves to other sites in the account.
## Step 1 - Go to Account Settings

Click on your name on the top right-hand side, then select 'Account settings' from the drop-down.

## Step 2 - Go to 'User management'

Click on the 'User management' tab.

## Step 3 - Select the user to make account admin

Next to the name of the user you wish to make an account admin, select the 'Edit' button under 'Actions' on the right-hand side.  

Then where it says 'Account Admin' under the user's email address, tick the box to confirm you wish them to have admin rights.
